The room is at your disposal from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure, unless other arrangements have been made.

The hotel keeps the room until 4pm on the day of arrival, after which time the room will be resold. You may guarantee your reservation for later arrival than above by contacting the hotel with Credit Card details. Though, in case of No show you will be charged for the value of the first night.

It is not possible to change your reservation online, please contact the hotel directly for any changes to your reservation.

Cancellation:
Always check the deadline for cancellation on your Booking confirmation, if you try to cancel the reservation later than the mentioned time, the hotel will charge you for the value of the first night.
To cancel your reservation, please use the cancellation link on your confirmation (remember the Reservation Number and Control Code). If for some reason the link does not work, you should contact the hotel directly by phone, email or fax.

TouristOnline's general terms
 
APPLICATION
The general terms and conditions below apply to all bookings via TouristOnline's online systems, including booking of hotel rooms with extra services etc.

Additionally to TouristOnline's general terms and conditions, the individual hotels' terms of sale, as listed under terms and conditions on the booking page, apply.

RESERVATIONS

Any reservation or booking of hotel room, which is carried out through TouristOnline's online systems will, providing it is correctly completed, be confirmed directly on the screen as well as by an instant e-mail for you as the consumer and to the hotel as the service provider.

This e-mail is a confirmation that the reserved hotel room is at your disposal during the time and at the price stated in the booking

TouristOnline is not responsible for any fault or inconsistency, which should arise following, hereunder any inconsistencies between the booking and your e-mail confirmation. This will be a direct matter between you and the hotel. Refer to the section RESPONSIBILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY for further information.

PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated, any payment for the reservation is made directly to the hotel.

Credit card information that is provided in connection with making the online booking, serves as a security of the intent behind the booking only, as well as payment to the hotel in the case of no-show or failure to comply with the hotel's terms for cancellation. In some cases the credit card is used for a prepayment or full payment of the stay.

Storing of credit card information is carried out in accordance with card providers general rules and conditions and in accordance with the Danish law on the use of credit cards on the internet.

Please note that the hotel may charge a credit card fee for payment on site. This applies to credit cards issued outside of Denmark.

Any request or dispute regarding the hotel stay or regarding the payment of your stay at the hotel is a matter between yourself, as the consumer, and the hotel in question - it is not a matter for TouristOnline to be involved with.

CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS

Cancellation of confirmed booking should be done in accordance with the terms stated in the individual hotel's terms and conditions. In such cases it is required that the cancellation is completed through the internet link provided on your booking confirmation.

Changes to a confirmed reservation, such as for example. an extended stay, unfortunately cannot be made in the online system, but should be handled as a cancellation of your original booking and a following completion of a new booking. As long as this is carried out in accordance with the hotel's own terms, this should be done without further costs.

HOTEL INFORMATION AND HOTEL CLASSIFICATION

The hotel classification which is used on certain hotels in TouristOnline's systems is based on the classification system setup by the industry organisation, HORESTA. All other information and data about hotel rooms and facilities, as well as all photos and pictures are provided by the hotels and are frequently updated through the industry's own collective database, Guide Danmark, and directly by the hotels themselves. Thus TouristOnline can not be made liable for the accuracy or the content of this information nor the updating of such information and data.
Pictures of hotel rooms are exmples and the actual room issued for the stay may vary from the one in the picture .

PRICES

All prices in TouristOnline's online systems are updated directly by the hotels and are the hotels' individual prices that are relevant at the time of the booking, and that are confirmed via e-mail.

TouristOnline is not responsible for the righteousness of the prices, because they are handled directly by the hotel within TouristOnline's system. Please refer to the section on DISCLAIMATION AND MAXIMUM LIABILITY for further information.

OTHER

All other information within TouristOnlines systems is updated with utmost care. TouristOnline is not liable for any mistakes made in the process of uploading the information. This includes mistakes and inconsistencies which may have occurred during data transmission.


DISCLAIMATION AND MAXIMUM LIABILITY

TouristOnline has made agreements with hotels to communicate key information including relevant prices, hotel standards and availability. This information is controlled and updated by the hotels themselves. Resulting from this, TouristOnline cannot control the information or whether this is updated correctly. Thus, TouristOnline can not be held responsible for any inconsistencies within the information or whether the hotels act in accordance with the information provided. It is, therefore, not possible to present a claim on TouristOnline regardless of the nature or basis of such claim.

TouristOnline is not responsible, and can therefore not be made liable, for any interruptions, loss of transmission or break down on the internet or of TouristOnline's supplier regardless of the cause.

In the event that TouristOnline is liable for an incident, despite disclamation of responsibility and liability, the liability is limited to refunding, and the refund cannot exceed DKK 2,000.-


LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY AND GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute in relation to TouristOnline's systems will be treated under Danish commercial law or under the by TouristOnline selected governing authority.
